By placing an order, you acknowledge that Destination Freedom primarily operates on a made-on-demand model.

• Contract of Sale: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by processing your payment and starting production.

• Lead Times: You agree to the typical 2-week production and shipping timeline disclosed in our Shipping Policy.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. In accordance with Pennsylvania law, we will collect 6% sales tax (plus any applicable local surcharges) on orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; Destination Freedom does not store your financial data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including imagery, logos, taglines (e.g., "See Good. Do Good."), and the Destination Freedom name—is the property of Destination Freedom and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Destination Freedom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our Site.
